Our directory offers complete information about each appraiser in order to allow informed decisions to be made about the appraisal process. The e-appraiser directory has been designed for appraisers and lenders. Appraisers can take advantage of e-appraiser.net as a marketing tool, while lenders can easily locate appraisers and maintain appraiser approval and performance standards via the e-appraiser directory.

National Loan Preparation Center, Inc. (NLPC), a national appraisal management company, covers virtually every county in every state. With multiple appraisers, we are able to custom place each order to meet or beat the local turn time in most areas. We furnish copies of our appraisers' licenses and E&O information with each completed order, and house them here on our secure web site. We accept credit card and check payments. Free Basic Listings
We want each licensed appraiser in the country to appear in our directory. Therefore, we populate our database with all licensed appraisers throughout the U.S., based upon information reported by each state. Every appraiser and office should make sure their basic contact information is accurate so that lenders/brokers/individuals can contact them for orders. It is important that each appraiser in your office is registered, not just the office manager or owner. After all, every time one of your appraisers appears in our directory it increases your exposure that much more.

Residential Preferred Listing
A Residential Preferred Listing will place your record at the top of the results list for queries based upon county searches. Preferred Listings appear in the order purchased. We also include your personal or corporate biography of 50 words or less to allow you to identify what you feel are the most significant features about you or your company. The cost of a Preferred Listing is $120 per county per year.

Commercial Preferred Listing
A Commercial Preferred Listing allows you to list the property types in which you specialize ("Specialty Experience Areas"), as well as the geographic areas in which you concentrate. For a complete list of Specialty Experience Areas, see the Registration Form below. A Commercial Preferred Listing places you at the top of the results list for queries based upon both your Specialty Experience Areas and the geographic areas you have designated. For example, you might select golf courses as a Specialty Experience Areas and list all the counties in Arizona as your geographic coverage. When a query is made for golf course experts in Arizona, your Preferred Listing will appear. Both the Specialty Experience Area and the geographic coverage must agree for the Preferred Listing to take effect. Preferred Listings appear in the order purchased, so get ahead of the competition and don't delay.

Each appraiser who purchases a Preferred Listing also enjoys the benefits of a fifty-word word biography to advertise their personal or corporate products and services. You may also include areas of expertise, experience, and background to attract new clients. The cost of a Commercial Preferred Listing is $150 per county. The Commercial Listing includes 5 General Practice Areas and 20 Specialty Areas. If you have additional areas of Specialty Experience or General Practice, the cost is $50 per additional area. Furthermore, you may select up to 20 "Areas of Expertise" as part of the Commercial Preferred listing. If your coverage area includes more than ten counties, we will offer a discount.
